What can Innovation Professional Placement do for you?

Innovation Professional Placement offers a full suite of payroll and employer of record services. When the time comes that you decide you need to hire employees, we can make the process effortless for you. We can provide candidate resumes for you to review, or we can hire a candidate you may have in mind already.  We hire the candidates as employees of Innovation Professional Placement, and contract them out to work for you and under your direction. We pay the employee via direct deposit, and pay the statutory government taxes on the employee's behalf. We pay employer taxes. We cover the employee under our workers compensation policy and general liability policy.  Our services can replace the need for and cost of full time HR and administrative professionals. 

How does it work?

Either we provide candidates, or you provide a candidate to hire. You decide what you want to pay the employee. You decide when they start.  IPP works with the candidate to complete all onboarding paperwork. On a weekly basis, you report hours worked for the employee to us. We pay the employee for the hours worked and withhold payroll taxes. We remit the employee and employer payroll taxes to the proper authorities. We then bill you for the hours worked. Payment terms are negotiable based on each business’ situation. 

Many of our clients choose to house their entire staff with us, eliminating the responsibility entirely from their plate. This approach removes the need for you, the business owner, to have to worry about any of the complications of employing staff. As the employer of record, we are the responsible party for dealing with wage garnishments, payroll and HR questions, employee insurances, unemployment insurance, etc.…  You report the hours every week and pay us when you receive payment from your customer. That's it.
