How does it work?
Innovation Professional Placement's experts will schedule a meeting with you to review your position. We will review the job description and ask you several qualitative questions about what you are looking for and your company's culture. We will then review our talent pool as well as look externally for candidates that could be a potential fit. We perform an initial interview to determine if they have the experience, the skill set, the attitude, and are the cultural fit for your position. We pre-screen and send you the best candidates available to put through your own evaluation. When you select a candidate, we have some options for how you choose to proceed:
Temporary Contract Position where the candidate works for a defined time period and is terminated when the job assignment has been completed.
Permanent Placement Fee: IPP will request a fee for finding a qualified candidate for your position. You hire the candidate directly, and if they are still employed by you after a 60 day trial period, we will bill you for a finder’s fee.
Temp to Direct Placement: When you decide on a candidate to hire, IPP can hire them as an IPP W2 employee and have them work as a contractor for you for a set period of time. At the end of this period, you decide if the employee is a good fit and you can hire them directly to your own payroll. If not, IPP will end the assignment for the employee and IPP will be responsible for unemployment, again protecting your state unemployment insurance rate.
