Growth can happen organically. Scaling your staff should be just as smooth.
Innovation Professional Placement, Inc. has candidates on standby for both skilled and unskilled positions. When you experience increased demand for your products or services, we can help to shoulder the burden of operational performance to meet the demand.
What can Innovation Professional Placement do for you?
Our recruiters can provide contract employees to your management team to work under their direction as needed. At the end of the assignment, you can decide if you want to hire the employees directly on your payroll, effectively a “Try Before You Buy” period. This approach provides a low-risk option for you to hire employees while protecting your state unemployment insurance and workers compensation rates. Utilize IPP W-2 employees to manage your total headcount as well as to avoid mandated actions based on employee headcount thresholds.
How does it work?
When requested to provide extra contract staffing help, we will forward qualified candidates for your review. Once you decide on the right candidate, we offer a few approaches to contract staffing onboarding:
Temporary Contract Employees: Employees are hired for a temporary assignment as W2 employees of IPP. IPP covers all employment costs including all workers compensation insurance and payroll taxes. When the contract assignment is completed IPP is responsible for all unemployment payments for these employees, protecting your state unemployment insurance rate.
Temp to Direct Employees: Employees are hired on a trial basis and work as W2 employees of IPP for a set amount of time. At the end of this period, you decide if you want to hire the employee direct to your payroll and keep them long term. If not, IPP will end the assignment for the employees and be responsible for unemployment, again protecting your state unemployment insurance rate.
